Through personalised treatment plans, including inpatient and outpatient programs, we walk alongside you on your journey to recovery.

Our wards are thoughtfully designed to promote both comfort and well-being, providing a supportive environment for healing and recovery. The hospital also features an outdoor space, gym, comfortable lounge area and sensory room to help our patients relax and unwind.

In-hospital Trauma Program

The Inpatient Trauma and PTSD Recovery Program is a two-week, trauma-informed intervention designed for individuals diagnosed with PTSD or experiencing significant post-traumatic stress symptoms following identifiable traumatic events. The program follows a two-stage model of trauma recovery.

Trauma Skills Day Program

Our Trauma Skills Day Program is an 8-week, trauma-informed group intervention designed for individuals diagnosed with PTSD or experiencing significant post-traumatic stress symptoms following identifiable traumatic events. The program combines psychoeducation with practical skills to support symptom management, emotional regulation, and recovery.
