A referral from your GP needs to be received and accepted before an appointment can be booked with one of our psychiatrists. Please forward your referral via our details below.
If your referral has been accepted, our team will contact you via phone or email to arrange an appointment.
Information for Referring Doctors
If your patient is requiring admission please forward your referral directly to our Admissions team, via our details below.
Where possible the referral should contain:
- The patient’s full name, date of birth, contact phone number and email address;
- The main issues (a summary of the problems, the perceived contributors and any safety concerns);
- Medical history and the relevant medical and mental health treatment that has been provided;
- Whether a psychologist has recommended the GP make the referral (include their specific concerns and contact details).
